Can you be stress free? Stress isn't all bad. Without it, our humans ancestors wouldn't have learned to run away from saber-toothed tigers. A certain amount of stress can help us reach our goals. It's when stress leads is not let go of and we pile on more that we get illnesses, muscle aches, anxiety and worse. This website is here to help you find ways of managing your stress, letting go of tension and finding some practices that you can use daily or when you need them. There are many, many ways to practice managing your stress. These are just a few tried and true ones. If you find a good way to de-stress and think others in E.B. would benefit from it, let us know.
